Conditions For Renting a Car

Payment Terms 

The payment can be either made in cash or by credit cards accepted by Stellar.Apporoximate charge for the rent is taken at the time of delivery of the car to the customer.The exact amount of the rent is to be calculated at the time when  the car is retumed. At all payments made by accepted credit cards, advance payment is not necessary.İn case of delay,%20 of the daily rate is charged for each hour of delay.Delays exceeding 5 hours are charged as an extra day.

Driving Age / Driver's Licence

21 years of age for B,C,D,F,J groups and having the  license for at least one (1) year,27 years of age for K,L,M,P,S groups and  having the license for at least two(2) years is a must .

Duration Of Rent / Additional Driving Person

It is at least one (1) day.The daily charge for a second  driving person is 4 USD/ day.

Return/Delivery

The return delivery at the cities where there are Stellar offices and at the airports,ports,train stations and hotels at these cities is free of charge.In case of delivering the car back at placesother than  the above,0.35 USD. per kilometer is charged for the total distance to the nearest Stellar office.If the renting period is less than 3 days, an additional fee of 65 USD is charged, in case leaving the car  at a place  other than the office where the car is delivered to the customer.

Going Abroad

It İs necessary to abtain an authorization document prior to going abroad.

Traffics Tickets

Traffic tickets are on the account of the customer. In case of any accident,İf the customer is 100 % responsible and if he/she doesn't notify the nearest Stellar office within 48 hours following the accident; for the duration that the car stays in service,or in case of deying the car from traffic for any reason,the period in question is added to rent period. 

Driver Service

If a driver is requested,the daily charge is 36 USD/day.Thje expenses of the driver is on the customer's account.Port Baggage:The Daily charge is 8 USD/day

Baby Chair

The daily charge is 7 USD/day.

Long Period Renting

Special charges are applied.Stellar Rent a Car keeps the right to change the prices,contidions and the types of car declared on the tariff,without prior notification.

İmportant

For the insurance policies to pe acceptable,the customer has to obtain the traffic accident and aloholic report,without moving the car;he/she is not to be 100% responsible for the accident as well as not having been driving car under the influence of the spirits and/or drugs and not having been driving the car beyond the speed limits.Otherwise,the insurance policies are not acceptable.
